Our experienced team of project managers provides complete project management services from project inception through design, construction and commissioning.  We act as an owner’s representative on both new-build and retrofit projects to integrate sustainability throughout the whole project.  If desired we also act as facilitators of the Integrated Design Process, and manage all LEED registration and submittal requirements.

This process incorporates our innovative, holistic approach into “standard” project management services.  We coordinate project design through an integrated design process, and we prepare a budget, apply for permits and licenses, supervise tendering and manage construction schedules.  Our expertise in green projects helps our clients better access green incentives and financing tools, with experience in projecting the timing of and responsibilities attached to these incentives and tools.
